After sixth form, I started making and selling celebration cakes on Instagram.<br/><br/>âSo then I just thought, why not do this properly? Even though that still feels crazy.<br/><br/>âPeople hardly ever think itâs me that runs the place.<br/><br/>âEven today, with one of our regulars, he said, âWhereâs the boss then?â And I said, âI am the boss.â <br/><br/>âPeople are always surprised but everyone is supportive when they realise.â<br/><br/>Chloe took over the site at the end of August after a previous cafÊ closed â and then spent just over a month re-decorating, re-fitting the kitchen, and making the place feel like hers.<br/><br/>She said: âI thought it was a good opportunity as there was already a small customer base. But I wanted to turn it into my own place too.â<br/><br/>The Baking Suite offers breakfast, lunch and an array of tasty sweet treats â all of which Chloe bakes from scratch by herself.<br/><br/>So far, her banana bread and rocky road have been consistent crowd pleasers â but she says classics like brownies, scones, and millionaire shortbread are always popular too.<br/><br/>Chloe currently has two staff members â chef Kimberley White, who has 18 years' experience, and barista Rosie Harrington, her brother Jonathanâs fiancÊe â but one day Chloe hopes to have a bigger team.<br/><br/>âI would love to open more premises at some point,â she said. âBut itâs all about taking things one step at a time.â<br/><br/>Chloe says business has been going well so far â with the cafÊ already boasting plenty of regulars.<br/><br/>âWe have a lot of customers who we see nearly every day,â she said. âBuilders, dog-walkers, elderly people, those working from home. <br/><br/>âOf course, sometimes thereâs a quiet day or two â but thatâs to be expected in hospitality.â<br/><br/>Chloe says other local businesses have supported her too, with nearby Wooden Hill Coffee Company, whose coffee the cafÊ serves, offering all staff members free barista training.<br/><br/>She currently isnât taking in a salary, but is making enough for rent, outgoings, staff salaries, and to pay back her dad â who financed the initial opening.<br/><br/>Chloe said: âIâm very lucky to have such a supportive family. My grandparents even keep a bunch of ingredients in their freezer for me.â<br/><br/>Chloe said she would encourage other young people to follow their dreams like she did â but only if theyâre willing to put in the effort.<br/><br/>âI definitely would say to other young people who want their own business that they should follow their dreams and their passions,â she said.")

Itâs a perfect setting for a zombie movie.<br/><br/><br/>The 14 Scariest Mythological Monsters In Horror Movies<br/>Before they even get to their early-morning train ride, Seok-woo and Su-an see a convoy of emergency vehicles headed into Seoul. When they get to the train, Sang-ho beautifully sets up his cast of characters, giving us beats with the conductors, a pair of elderly sisters, a husband and his pregnant wife, an obnoxious businessman (a vision of Seok-woo in a couple decades), and even a baseball team. A woman whoâs clearly not well gets on the train just before it departs, and just as something else disturbing but generally unseen is happening in the station above the platform. Before you know it, the woman is taking out the jugular of a conductor, who immediately becomes a similarly mindless killing machine. These are zombies of the â28 Days Laterâ varietyâfast, focused, and violent. They replicate like a virus, turning whole cars of the train into dead-eyed flesh-eaters in a matter of seconds. They are rabid dogs. And you thought your Metra commute was bad")
