With this second presentation I created, I wanted to teach the kids what batik art was, since that was the technique used to draw the Centipede Dragon symbol that inspired the characterization and storybook for me.nIn lieu of doing actual batik, a process of using melted wax to paint designs onto fabric, dyeing the fabric, and then removing the wax, I brought white crayons and heavy water color paper for the kids to draw on.
